Supporting men through difficulties in their mental and physical ill health, ultimately to prevent suicide.

A beautiful day had by all.....

The weather was kind to us once again and we all had a lovely walk along the River Wear to Wolsingham.

What a great day we had at our annual Footsteps for Change Sponsored Walk which was kindly sponsored by BE Uniforms.

22 people and two dogs joined us at 7:30am to begin the long walk from Bishop Auckland along the River Wear to Wolsingham. We set off promptly at 8:00 am all wearing our T shirts and arrived for refreshments after 5 miles at The Victoria Inn at Witton le Wear. We were greeted by the lovely Caroline with a tray full of beautiful home baked fruit scones with jam and cream which lifted spirits. Thank you to Caroline and Paul for their hospitality. We then began the final seven miles to Wolsingham hoping to be on time for the last train home at 2:40 courtesy of Weardale Railway. Lots of friends were made and lots of laughs were had along the way and everyone had a really good day. Thank you to everyone who joined us and Chris for the support vehicle. See you all again in 2025.
