Expansion of free male to male peer to peer support for North East men struggling with mental health-related issues, has been handed a £500 boost by Durham City’s Freemen.
Our March for Men-tal Health 2023 in memory of Harvey McWilliams took place on April 22. 80+ people walked 14.5 miles around the places Harvey played football and the schools he attended.
A team of men who attend our peer support groups completed in the the Great Manchester Run relay marathon Sunday 16.
Raby Estates kindly offered ManHealth some great days out with reduced prices for our men. We have walked around and enjoyed Raby Castle and Deer Park and enjoyed High Force.
