Supporting men through difficulties in their mental and physical ill health, ultimately to prevent suicide.

24hrs, 36 sore feet, 50 miles and 8 football grounds.

18 brave men from Newton Aycliffe had the will to walk 50 miles in 24 hours and visit many local football grounds to raise awareness of men's mental health and male suicide. The walk began at Newton Aycliffe FC on Saturday 27 April and finished at the same place the following morning. The men visited Shildon, Bishop Auckland, West Auckland, Willington, Crook and Tow Law FC during the 24 marathon. Thanks to Bishop Auckland Chairman Steve Coulthard for refreshments and Shildon Alive for providing much needed early evening sandwiches. The men raised the outstanding total of £4449.46 to support ManHealth continue their life saving work in our region.

We are thrilled to share that Team MRI Software recently completed the National 3 Peaks Challenge, raising a massive £3,824.00 for ManHealth. This incredible feat involved climbing the highest peaks in Scotland, England, and Wales: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon. Thank you to all the team.

The Shildon Shindig 2 brilliant weather, great bands and an excellent game of football.

The second and much bigger Shildon Shindig which was held on the 17 May was again blessed with beautiful weather. The crowd gathered in anticipation to view the third instalment of the rivalry between the Team ManHealth and Team Solan in our annual shootout.

Mass Sing a Long to all your favourite songs from stage and screen

What an amazing night was had by all at The Globe Theatre Stockton for our Sing Along to the Musicals and Movies. Over 500 audience members sang their hearts out accompanied by our brilliant 14 pice live band with 5 singers.
