Challenge 40

The North East has one of the highest rates of suicide with a significant increase in the number of men taking their lives. ManHealth is launching a new event called CHALLENGE 40 to bring attention to this public health emergency.
CHALLENGE 40 will take place between World Suicide Prevention Day (10 September) and World Mental Health Day (10 October). You can walk, cycle, jog, run, swim, skip, dance or anything you choose for 40 seconds/minutes per day or 40 hours across the month whilst raising money to help reduce male suicide.
You choose when and where to complete your challenge as long as you record your progress - it all counts. You can complete CHALLENGE 40 individually or as part of a team - why not ask family, friends or even your work colleagues to get involved?
Registration fee: £25.00 per participant.
ManHealth provide a welcome pack which includes full event information, fundraising support, t-shirt and certificate.
