This workshop explores the link between food and how we feel (rather than talking about Mental Health) . We cover foods to avoid if your feeling low and foods that will boost mood, energy, brain function.
The cost to the NHS is twice the amount attributable to car, train, and other accidents, and more than twice that attributable to smoking. The vast majority of the burden is attributable to unhealthy diets.
